Minis started with a simple idea: to create small original artworks. But I soon discovered something about the way I paint ...
I need space.
Space for gesture, movement and spontaneity.
So instead of trying to fit my painting into a small format, I worked on larger sheets and searched within them for the small compositions that could stand on their own.
Each Mini is therefore a small piece of a bigger story

selected, framed and given a life of its own.
